I am a Glasgow based photographer and a registered architect. I work with architecture practices, interior designers, developers and creative businesses across Scotland and the UK.
Working closely with you, each space is carefully understood in terms of its design intent. The result is a collection of beautiful images that represent your ideas within the finished project.Â
A Collaborative Approach
Before the shoot we will discuss the project, including the design approach and the elements that matter most. It is important to capture images that represent your design process and strategy to your future clients.Â
Where useful, I can review drawings and visuals to ensure a full understanding of the scheme ahead of our shoot.
On site we can refine viewpoints together so that key architectural details and spatial qualities are captured. Together we can respond to light and atmosphere on the day while maintaining focus on the completed design.
The aim is not simply to document a building, it is to create a portfolio to support award submissions and enhances your presence online and in print.

Being an architect gives me the significant advantage of understanding how to maximise the value of photographs of the built environments. Understanding context, lighting and atomsphere of spaces tells the story of your design. Using my technnical photography skills to translate these into high quality imagery. My role is to create architectural images that represent your work and elevate how it is seen.
