Februllage 2024
Every February there is an online collage challenge called Februllage. There are daily prompts that you can create an analog or digital collage following that theme. I was very excited this year to be asked to create a piece of art work for the title post for ‘TOXIC‘ that Februllage posted on the 11th.
The last 2 years I have managed to complete the whole months challenge. It is a lot of work but something that I really enjoy doing at what is normally a quieter time for my photography work. I find that having these personal projects helps me with my client work. I have even been asked for some custom prints from client shoots.
This year I tried to incorporate more of my shoots within the collage challenge, so thank you to everyone who said yes when they got a random message from me asking if I could use them in a collage project.
